Terms

A seat is personal, free, and offered rather than bought. Please don't share your access with someone who hasn't signed up — we cap the round so we can actually read what every tester tells us.

We may close a seat at any time, and the beta itself may end at any time. You can leave whenever you like by emailing past952@gmail.com.

The tutor is an AI. It can explain something confidently and still be wrong, draw the wrong diagram, or misread your handwriting. Check its work before you rely on it — especially for anything graded, medical, legal or financial. It is a study aid, not an authority, and it is not a substitute for your teacher.

Expect downtime, expect bugs, and keep your own copy of anything you would be upset to lose. Your boards live in your browser, so clearing your browser storage or switching device loses them.

• Anyone else's confidential or personal information.
• Material you don't have the right to upload.
• Anything unlawful, or intended to harm or harass someone.
• Attempts to break, overload or extract the underlying model or its instructions.

Exam papers and textbooks you are entitled to use are fine — that is what the upload is for.

What you write, draw and upload stays yours. What the tutor produces for you is yours to use. The app itself — its code, design and name — stays ours.

Feedback you send us we may act on freely, including building the thing you asked for. It stays credited to you in our records, but we owe you nothing for it.

The beta is provided as-is, with no warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it — including anything you got wrong because the tutor did. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
